In 1985 one started the replanting of the vineyards now constructed on terraces. This pretty "cool" region is located in the "Cévenol" mountains belonging to the AOP du Languedoc. It is ideal for replanting forgotten grape varieties in the region such as the Pinot Noir and Gamay. By the use of natural organic fertilizers and herbicides, the estate has obtained the Ecocert label.
